Greggie And The Jets is a sonically accurate tribute to the music of Elton John. The sound and feel are recreated, so the front-of-house (FOH) mix must reflect a live rock and roll sound to replicate Elton’s live show. Sound reinforcement must be of suitable size and quantity to deliver clean, undistorted, full range sound at appropriate volume to all viewing areas. The system must have sufficient headroom and power for clean, transient reproduction.
The PURCHASER, at no cost to the ARTIST, shall provide the following backline equipment, if needed per the Tour Manager (Johnny Lawson). Please note that the ARTIST understands that not all brands and models as noted are available. Therefore, the PURCHASER should contact the ARTIST’s Tour Manager, who will be able to suggest and agree to reasonable substitutions. For all “drive” dates, the ARTIST tours with a complete backline and uses in-ear monitors. They suggest that onstage monitors be available at the venue in case of equipment failure, however. For “fly” dates, the ARTIST tours with minimal backline. Contact cell phone: 321-684-0711. Email: margaritaville@bellsouth.net
Therefore, per the Tour Manager, the following may be requested:
MIXING EQUIPMENT:
The ARTIST utilizes a QSC-TouchMix 30 system with 32 inputs. For “drive” dates, this system travels with the ARTIST. For “fly” dates, discuss with the Tour Manager whether he will bring a thumb drive of the system mix setup and will need a QSC-TouchMix 30 system provided (this is essential and must be the exact same system – no replacement systems will function correctly). All mics and lines go directly into the TouchMix system, and we have 24 outputs that can be patched directly into the Front-Of-House’s audio snake. This allows FOH full control of the audience mix while the band controls our in-ear monitor mix onstage. The band does not use onstage amplification – everyone is patched directly through the QSC system. The drums are acoustic and mic’d directly into the system as well.

NOTE ABOUT OUTDOOR CONCERTS:
There can be no West-facing outdoor stages during the Summer months (June 21 to September 21, approximately). Outdoor stages must face North, East, or South. This is because of past experience with West-facing outdoor stages and the amount of constant, direct heat onstage.
We look forward to working with you to have a great concert!!!!!
